 Forgot to comment here at the time.
 France does need that. It did burn us (as translators) [http://www
 .wordpress-fr.net/2014/04/18/a-propos-de-la-traduction-francaise-de-
 wordpress-3-9/ in 3.9] [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2013/06/24
 /number_format-bug/ and 3.5], and will possibly burn us again in the
 future.
 It would be nice to have this fixed.
