 I have been playing with customizer for while, and in 4.0 stable release,
 I have found out that customizer preview section pauses for around 20 to
 30 seconds before it appears if you have a huge amount settings to be
 passed to previewer.

 (I had around 250 Controls and Settings in the customizer).
