Comment:

 @herzcthu, specifying Myanmar Font in Core is not good way. If we do that,
 we need to add a number of web fonts! (For Japanese, Korean, Chinese,
 Russian...)
 Japanese team is handling multibyte-related issues and disabling web font
 with [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-multibyte-patch/ WP Multibyte
 Patch].
 How about including a plugin, like Japanese package?
