 There are some small issues, for example when the menu is folded, the fly-
 out "triangle" should be smaller, the JS part is not needed, the SASS
 files need to be updated and other minor things but before going into
 details... idea:

 the "focus bar" looks pretty bad when it's close to the fly-out triangle
 (1),
 what about making it appear on the right only for fly-out sub items (2),
 while keeping it on the left in all other cases (3 and 4)?

 Designers, a11y team, and anyone's feedback welcome.
