 Yep!

 BTW: The arrows are already "CSS generated", so I don't see why we
 couldn't harness that to display :focus and/or :hover as well. Browser
 support is there as well.

 (The ::after pseudo element is already taken by the arrow, though, so
 ::before would be the choice here.)
