 Testing was done on the following handsets:

  - Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini running Android 4.2.2
  - Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy Ace II running Android 4.1.2
  - Chrome on a HTC sense 5.0 running Android 4.2.2

 Steps to reproduce:

 The following will work:

 1. Click on Select files and choose an image from your mobile phone's
 gallery. The image's filename '''does''' appear on screen.
 2. You can now click on Upload files to start the upload

 The following fails:

 1. Click on Select files and take a photo with your phone's camera. The
 image's filename '''doesn't''' appear on screen.
 2. Click Upload files to see that nothing happens

 Notes

  - The problem doesn't happen at all when I use Chrome my tablet running
 Android 4.4.2 or on my desktop.
  - I've also had a report from someone using an iPhone 5 that the problem
 doesn't happen for them.
  - I asked an Android 4.4.2 user to test and they couldn't reproduce the
 problem.

 So it seems as though there's a problem with uploading directly from a
 mobile device's camera but only phones running a pre 4.4.2 version of
 Android are affected.

 I already created an issue over at
 [https://github.com/moxiecode/plupload/issues/1155 Plupload's GitHub repo]
 but considering the library is in core, I thought it was worth reporting
 here too.
