 @florianziegler, thanks for the patch.
 I think it's a big improvement. Agree on only fixing this for the default
 theme.
 I still miss the colour change on the collapse menu.
 Wondering if we should also change this for the hover state, because its'
 so much better now on focus and we could make that uniform.
