 In attachment:24716.diff,

 * create a new media workflow "Manage," which powers the media grid.
 * hide the bottom toolbar and the tab links (router) from this workflow by
 default.
 * window-wide drag-and-drop uploader in the media grid view.
 * add URL and human-readable filesize to the attachment details view
 (parity with fields shown in a list-view Edit Media page).
 * add a global mode toggle for Media, between grid view and the list view.
