 The screen options and admin help tabs are hard for users to discover, and
 screen options could do a better job at communicating their purpose as
 user preferences. Better integration with user profiles may also help.
 Additionally, they could integrate better visually into the WordPress 3.8+
 admin, making use of Dashicons and higher contrast.
