 Thanks for the bug report!

 I tried to reproduce this bug, but did not succeed. I tried editing a post
 in text and visual mode, pasting the string and typing it, single and
 double quotes, single and double back slashes. In all cases the restore
 action worked as expected. Here is a

 Can you please try to reproduce your issue with **all** plugins disabled
 and with one of the **default** WordPress themes (2010-2014) active to
 investigate the possibility that a plugin or theme is interfering with the
 restore process?  If that doesn't help, can you give any more details
 about your environment and what you have to do to reproduce the bug?
