 After the update to 3.9.1, hyperlink button in visual editor remains
 unuseable

 Also, if you try and insert HTML <a href="url">Link text</a> via text
 editor, it doesnt show when you preview the page

 I have turned off all other plugins to see what it was, reinstalled 3.9.1
 and also changed to twenty fourteen theme to see if it was my premium
 theme.

 Still have same problem
