 Problem:
 Add or edit a post
 Choose Visual editor
 Empty out the post content
 Attempt to drag an image from another browser window/tab (e.g. swag from
 wordpress.org)
 'Confirm navigation' dialog box appears.

 Expected result:
 Image pasted into visual editor, creating appropriate tag, as seen in text
 editor.

 Variations:
 Close dialog box, Save draft then try again.
 Sometimes it works.

 The problem is easy to create when there is no content.
 Once the problem has been produced, typing content sometimes fixes the
 problem.

 The reason I investigated this was that my customer reported a problem
 dragging images from Google images. Sometimes the image is dragged
 successfully. Other times it's not; instead you get taken to the images's
 link. I can get similar results dragging WordPress Swag.
