 [attachment:wp-get-archives.diff wp-get-archives.diff] cleans up the
 changes and unit tests for `wp_get_archives()` sans `extract()`. The tests
 needed to be altered to allow them to run directly or as part of the
 entire suite. The function needed some rehabilitation as well.
