 Under Settings --> Domains (Domain Mapping), there seems to be a query
 limit of 20 domain mappings with no pagination. So if you have over 20
 domain mappings, you cannot see all of the mappings in your entire
 network.

 If you need to remove a domain mapping and it's not in the list due to the
 query limit, the only way to remove it is via the database.

 Adding pagination and even sorting capabilities would simplify the
 management of domain mappings in your network.
