 To Reproduce:

 Get a theme that's, say, 8 megs in a zip.

 Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> Upload Theme -> Choose File ->
 Install Now

 What happens:

 WP dumps you out into the white box on grey text:

 > Are you sure you want to continue?
 > Please try again

 What I expected to happen:

 Something less unfriendly like an error in a box on the uploader page
 "Bazinga! That zip is too big!"
