 Okay, so I was working on my WordPress with my Samsung Netbook, which has
 a very small screen, so I found a minor bug in the media editor, and then
 I tried it from my average size Desktop PC, and it's still accruing.

 It has nothing to do with hard coding or stuff, but just a CSS property.
 When I use '''Insert Image from URL''' and put a link into it, it's
 rendering my image on the editor, but the small top part of the image gets
 under the '''Enter URL''' text field, and the scroll bar is also not full
 in height. Sorry for the bad language but I have no idea how to explain
 this, lol.

 I have added the before/after image + a patch to do this work. Hope it
 will work for all :)
