Comment:

 I can reproduce this in 3.8, but not in 3.9 or the current TinyMCE demo,
 so I think something fixed it in TinyMCE 4.0.
 Works in Firefox 28.0, Safari 7.0.2 and Chrome 34.
 Feel free to reopen if I'm wrong. :)
