 Patch 23:

 * Add no-results message when query returns empty.
 * If you press the "All" button and the filters sections opened && there
 are checked filters, perform a query instead of closing.
 * List tags by name rather than slug.
 * Hide theme browser section when the filters are opened.
 * Style updates.
