Comment:

 This is an issue with a particular translation, not with core.

 Either the multilanguage plugin is pulling wrong translation files, or
 those strings are not translated.

 This should be reported either to the
 [http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/qtranslate plugin author] or to the
 [http://cn.wordpress.org/contact/ Chinese translation team].
