 Why bring in the Title attribute for the image? Title just adds a hover
 tooltip and is useless for SEO and accessibility as Alt is used instead.
 What we need here is to add CSS Class to the image, CSS Styles, and Margin
 properties for top, right, bottom, left.

 Why does the image anchor link tag get Link Rel and CSS Class here when
 the standard insert/edit link modal doesn't have those options? Is Link
 Rel important on image links but not on text links? Why allow CSS Class on
 the anchor link tag but not on the image itself?
