 In [attachment:tinymce-images.zip], I've uploaded two different versions
 of a "more" and "page break" image:
 - One that mimics what I mocked up above in [comment:6].
 - One that is similar to the current "tab style", which I figure we can
 center align instead of aligning to the right.

 I'm not totally sure which will look better, so I figured we could try
 both.
