Comment:

 tinymce.js.patch patches an external library, we can't do that :)

 Asked the TinyMCE developers, they don't think this is a good change as
 one is a drop-down the other is a text button.

 Closing as maybelater for now. Different style for drop-down and text
 button seem fine.
