 Let's also remove that line in the TinyMCE help modal and use the same
 tabs. I'll submit a patch asap.
 Patch for the plugin modal above. Not sure if the sidebar is okay, but the
 chance that the content is longer than the height is pretty small. On
 small screens the sidebar is placed on top, and the aren't any screens
 that have a small height and long width.
