 The svn repo for develop-wordpress is taking me forever to download. So I
 wasn't able to run this test yet.

 But looking it over I think I found why it's not failing and amended the
 test.

 I will confirm it as soon as I can if someone else doesn't get around to
 it first. But I thought I'd upload it to get it out there.
