 '''What else is left here?''' I have the following:

  * I agree with melchoyce and avryl on the plugin info modal. Title needs
 to be bigger and border needs to be gone. This is more like the media
 modal than the link dialog.

 Also, I like moving the scrollbar to the right on the plugin info modal.
 Could we still stick the "fyi" div to the top, if there's enough room for
 it to be presented? Like the sticky admin menu. If difficult/annoying to
 do, then it's not a big deal.
