 Might want to expand test_ampersand() and test_more_bugs() with malformed
 entity references like {{{&&}}} and {{{&!amp;}}}

 wptexturize in 3.8 will predictably fail to convert the first character
 because the second character in the pattern is only required to not be a
 #.
