 When the virtual keyboard is visible on an iPad, the admin bar to no
 longer stuck to the top of the viewport, which degrades the experience
 when editing posts.

 There already is an existing fix for screens less than 600px wide that
 switches to absolute positioning. Perhaps, we should do something similar
 by UA sniffing for iPads, although maybe there is a better solution out
 there.
