 thx avryl,
 so I've read [http://make.wordpress.org/core/2014/01/18/tinymce-4-0-is-in-
 core/ azaozz post] then enabled the menubar and tested a bit, to me it
 looks ok whether you have:
 - default Formats
 - custom Formats overriding defaults
 - custom Formats merged with defaults
 please have a look at attached screenshots.
 I struggled a bit with XP and TortoiseSVN, please notice it's the first
 time I create a SVN patch :) hope it's fine
