 Here is a Photoshop mock-up of how I think it should look. This is a
 hybrid between the "edit media" page (Media -> Edit) and the "insert
 media" modal. You can edit the Caption and Alt text in the main area
 beneath the image. In the sidebar are image details and the display
 settings like alignment and size.

 Sorry I've removed the button toggles. I like them but we'd probably have
 to add them to all the media modal screens in order to maintain
 consistency. Probably better to go with what we've already got.

 Suggestions and refinements welcome.
