 The problem with the jQuery UI dialog is that it's not responsive.
 attachment:26952.7.patch added an animation just like the old modal. The
 collapsed modal would be vertically centred and expand smoothly.

 If we leave the cancel button in this dialog, we should add one to the
 others as well. The UI isn't consistent like this.
