 * Replaced `$(document).trigger()` for `autosave.js`, `heartbeat.js`,
 `word-count.js`, `post.js`,  `inline-edit-post.js`,
 `tinymce/plugins/wordpress/plugin.js` and `wp-auth-check.js`.
 * I've tested it, but you should test it too.

 Why I implemented this? Because I really like the idea of js hooks and
 this solution of gcorne seems good for now, because it looks a lot like
 the PHP API, so probably a lot developers will recognise it. Besides that
 it has no dependencies, what is nice for front-end (as you guys noted
 earlier).
