Comment (by avryl):

 Moving the alignment buttons down and the formatselect button up makes
 sense. But then, should a user really be adding and `<h1>` in the content?
 That's for the title. :)

 Other things that have semantic meaning and could be added are the code
 (#6331) and table (now just one drop down in TinyMCE 4) buttons.
