 [attachment:26769.4.patch Updated patch] to include inline docs and help
 changes to reflect the change to 'Profile'.

 Unsure about the first change in `src/wp-admin/about.php` -- 'visit your
 profile' was changed to 'update your profile' to avoid directly
 referencing the name of the screen, but still matching sentence structure.

 The other option would be to change it to something like 'visit the
 Profile screen'.
