Have tested 26601.2.patch now using NVDA.
Whilst it is good that the search box has been moved out of the heading,
the number of themes present and the Add New link is still within the
<h2>.
My view is that this is too much, and I understand that this is common
across many admin screens. A consistent approach is needed here.
Does it need a new ticket or tickets to remove all non-heading elements
from the headings?
