 An image can be attached to many posts/pages, but there is no way in the
 Media Library to identify/trace/find them. The "Uploaded to" column in the
 Media Gallery shows only the ''first'' post/page, even if there are
 multiple attached posts/pages.

 Could the Media Library screen be modified so that a user can find all the
 attached posts/pages for each image and not just the first post/page.

 Though the existing layout might not suit, there are many UI alternatives.
