 27340.5.diff​ can be committed, all my tests of the tasks associated with
 the updates in this patch work as expected.

 After 27340.5.diff is committed that leaves the only package `grunt-
 contrib-imagemin` out of date, this cannot be updated until fixes upstream
 per comment:11
