 I'd appreciate technical feedback and also and feedback re:documentation
 standards.

 Just a few points:

 - I've left the uncommented constants as Philip put them in, but should
 they be set to the defaults?
 - Although the information about Jetpack is extremely useful for
 developers, I'm not sure if we should include documentation for third-
 party plugins in WordPress core.
