 Also note, while the double quotes in the examples appear to offer a
 reliable syntax, those quotes are not parsed by the main regexp in
 shortcodes.php.  In my previous example, the existing shortcode engine
 (with or without [28727]) parses that phrase into the following shortcode
 text:

 {{{"[expand title="<a href='http://example.com/?a[]"}}}
