 For some reason, the `pushState` URL rewriting is not working when opening
 the Customizer for a Live Preview of a theme-switch. Nevertheless, the
 states ''are'' getting pushed onto the history, and so navigation via the
 browser history is working (i.e. via the back/forward buttons). It's just
 that the URL is not getting rewritten.
