 I will support any solution that gets JSONP support into core, mirroring
 wp_send_json as wp_send_jsonp is fine by me! Just thought that the use
 case WP API used by combining the two was a better approach. But given
 it's need for callback handling and sanitization, perhaps it's own
 function is better merited.
