 Sorry it took so long to get this updated, but here is my patch, finally.
 I took @sheri's diff and added my own modifications to it. The thing is,
 I'm not sure if all of the changes are actually necessary, especially the
 ones in media.php. I banged my head against that for a while before I
 stumbled upon media-template.php.
