 11863-2.patch displays error messages when there is a permalink collision.
 The View Trash link sends the user to the trash and filters the results
 with the post title, so should only show the post that is causing the
 collision.

 Outstanding problem:  I need to determine how to only show the error
 message when the post is initially saved.  Right now it will only display
 if a new post is published using the message querystring value, which
 isn't ideal.
