 There are several problems when trying update/install themes.

 Installing themes through Administration does not work. Only following
 Warning is shown, no theme available:

 Installing plugin works without problems.

 Updating plugins works, but there are some Warnings in the end of page:

 Reinstalling WordPress works without problems (except problem in #28723).

 PHP 5.5.14, MySQL 5.5.38, WordPress 3.9.1 (no plugins, Twenty Fourteen).
 No problem with cURL, etc.

 Any idea what should be wrong? Or what should I test?
