 We could collect script and style URLs for media + editor stylesheet in
 `_wpmejsSettings` or something - I am not 100% sure where I am going with
 this, but I got it working for audio/video shortcodes and embeds that
 return audio/video shortcodes (working on playlists now). If I get this to
 work, I can delete a bunch of hacks that check your current browser and
 fix some issues where YouTube is the source for video shortcodes.

 I am going to do a lot of testing to see if this is a good idea or not. I
 am not gonna commit anything weird.
