 You can easily increase the touch area using negative margins (See
 http://jsfiddle.net/joshnh/FBPMX/show/) to eliminate accidental touches
 for the author/review links.

 The entire card opening the modal/more info pane is at least consistent to
 how it works in the iOS App Store and feels more natural rather than
 hunting for a link to view more info. Not sure about Android though.
