 jorbin: The hover/focus styles are looking good. I wonder whether the
 blurred selected state should be blue though (instead of grey), to liven
 it up a bit when you first land on this screen.

 Also, is anyone else seeing odd jumping behaviour when you select a
 language which you've needed to scroll down the list to get to? It seems
 to be related to the presence of the `screen-reader-input` class on the
 radio inputs. If that's removed, the jumping doesn't occur. Only tested so
 far in Chrome.
