 [attachment:17065.5.diff] builds upon wonderboymusic's latest patch:

  * Always cast the order to `ASC` or `DESC`
  * Allow `post_` prefixed post fields in the allowed keys for `orderby`
  * Allow empty array or boolean false to blank out the orderby clause
