 New patch file with ''stripslashes()'' instead of ''filter_input()'' for
 huge hoster support, because ''filter_input(INPUT_SERVER,
 'HTTP_IF_NONE_MATCH', FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING)'' was temporarily empty.
