 It's worth noting that the plugin information tab used to look like the
 plugin directory page on WP.org, by design. (It was practically a mirror
 image). Over time, WP.org started to look more modern. This would in
 effect cause the dashboard to again leapfrog WP.org. I don't think that's
 a problem, but I did want to point it out.

 Could we sneak in banner images? Does that work with the constraints? Just
 curious. :-)
