 Been following the discussions and thought I'd throw together a quick
 mockup of what the plugin installer modal could look like given it were to
 follow the same styling as the media model as suggested. Apologises that
 it's unrelated to TinyMCE and therefore could sit in its own ticket. Just
 wanted to get some ideas flowing. :)
